As first time buyers with only one income, we were on the fringes of the market, only able to afford a cheap condo at the best. As prices rose from 2005 to 2006, our hopes faded, yet Sharon found us a few prospects and helped us make offers. We finally found the condo of our dreams in White Rock, but had some reservations and the price was a bit too high. Re: "Dream Come True"

This past January my Mother decided to sell the home she had lived in for the past 54 years. She listed her home with a real estate agent that had visited with her regularily over the past 15 years. However he was unable to provide my Mother with listings of homes that would suit her needs.
